AnswerForce Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Payouts & Eligibility

You will be eligible for a payout of $150 for every customer who clicks on your link and remains a customer for a minimum period of 30 days from the signup date. Published plans of 200 minutes and above are eligible under this program. You'll earn the agreed amount for each new sign-up made using your link. Payment will be made after the customer has joined AnswerForce for a minimum of 30 days. Payouts will be made on the first Monday of every month. New users must click through your referral link to sign up, otherwise you will not be eligible for the Referral Fee.

Application & Review Process

All applications to the AnswerForce Referral Program are subject to review and approval by AnswerForce. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program, and AnswerForce reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for doing so. New customers referred through the program are likewise subject to review and approval by AnswerForce before being accepted as customers. A referral will only qualify for a Referral Fee once the referred customer has successfully completed AnswerForce's onboarding review and commenced service.

Partner Obligations

Coupon code websites and directory applicants are strictly not allowed. The Partner shall introduce AnswerForce services to prospective customers and must comply with all laws including those that govern email marketing and anti-spam regulations. The person participating in the Partner Program as a Referrer is entitled to a Referral Fee.

Referral Fee Conditions

For a sale of AnswerForce service to generate a Referral Fee, the customer must: a) use a browser that has its cookies setting enabled, b) follow a Referral link, and c) purchase AnswerForce service and remit full payment to AnswerForce. The Referral Fee may be subject to adjustments for credit card chargebacks and refunds. Fraudulent or voided transactions do not qualify as a basis for Referral Fees.

Tracking & Cookies

Referral Fees are traced through the use of cookies. If it is not possible to track traffic from the Referral Partner's site to the AnswerForce website because the visitor is using cookie-blocking software, AnswerForce is only responsible for paying commissions on sales that can be traced back to the Referral Partner. Only the Referrer who was assigned the Referral link that the customer clicked on last (the one that drove the buyer to purchase AnswerForce service) will receive the Referral Fee. Upon registration, AnswerForce will make available a Referral link which redirects to the AnswerForce website with a unique login assigned. This information is saved on the visitor's computer in the form of a cookie which is active for a period of 90 days.

Referral Links & Advertising

The Referral Partner may post as many Referral links to AnswerForce as they find necessary, and may register in any search service (such as Google Ads), provided that each referral arrangement contains a Referral link which meets the terms of this Agreement. AnswerForce agrees to pay Referral Fees on sales of AnswerForce services referred directly by the Referral Partner, where the customer has accessed the AnswerForce site and purchased the product or service via a Referral link.

Program Modifications & Termination

AnswerForce reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, including changes to commission rates, eligibility criteria, or program structure. Where possible, AnswerForce will provide Referral Partners with no less than 30 days' written notice of any material changes. Continued participation in the program following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination for Misconduct

In the event that a Referral Partner is terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any other misconduct, any pending or unpaid Referral Fees at the time of termination will be forfeited in their entirety. AnswerForce reserves the right to withhold payment of any commissions where an investigation into potential misconduct is ongoing.

Independent Contractor Status

The Referral Partner is an independent contractor and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between AnswerForce and the Referral Partner. The Referral Partner has no authority to bind AnswerForce in any way and shall not represent themselves as an employee or agent of AnswerForce.

Prohibited Activities

Ensure you follow these guidelines or otherwise risk termination of any Referral Agreement or partnership with AnswerForce, and potentially face other legal consequences. Referral Partners must NOT:

• Be a Coupon Code Website or a Directory.
• Add any backlinks to Coupon Code Websites or Directories.
• Add any backlinks to any website not owned by you.
• Build or promote any social media pages related to our brand name.
• Use any website or technology that covers up any coupon code.
• Create or run fake promotions or ads in any form.
• Do any off-page SEO by creating link building on websites not owned by you.
• Create or display any discount coupons for our service.
• Install spyware on another person's computer, cause spyware to be installed on another person's computer, or use a context-based triggering mechanism to display an advertisement that partially or wholly covers or obscures paid advertising or other content on a website in a way that interferes with a person's ability to view that website.
• Bid on the "AnswerForce" keyword in digital advertising.
• Use "AnswerForce" in sequence with keywords such as Coupon(s), Coupon Code(s), Discount(s), Discount Code(s), Offer(s), or similar terms that would make it perceived as a way to reduce AnswerForce pricing.
• Promote our service on websites or blogs related to sexually explicit materials, violence, illegal activities, fake or counterfeit items, gambling or betting, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation, nor infringe upon others' intellectual property rights.
• Promote our service on non-English websites.

These Referral Program Terms & Conditions apply in addition to AnswerForce's standard Terms & Conditions of Service.
